Can I upgrade at any time?
Of course. We suggest to start with the plan you’re most comfortable with. Once you’re feeling confident, you can upgrade to the next plan. We will automatically apply credit for the unused time toward your new plan choice.
Can Ipurchase additional documents?
Yes, each plan comes with a specific amount of documents. If you reach your document limit you will be able to purchase more.
What if I need help?
Our 17hats support team is entirely in house and provides quick support including access to live chat and our extensive collection of help articles and tutorials.
